Caramel use as a coffee flavouring, popular in chocolate drinks- hot or cold poured on ice cream, pancakes or to make a Frappe° (crushed ice, cold milk)
Cinnamon - Cinnamon flavoured Latte was the most popular flavour in the winter cold this January but also good to spice up an apple pie, great in hot milk or make a hot chocolate taste great- this natural Cinnamon is very delicate
Hazelnut delicious in coffee, hot chocolate or use in making deserts, cakes and flapjacks; often referred to as ‘Ferrero Ricochet’ as its similar in flavour to the Ambassadors favourite

Banoffee - its Natural Banana flavour mixed with our Toffee flavour and is a firm favourite - suitable for milk and as a topping. It was the favourite flavouring in coffee at the Bath Coffee festival
Toffee - its one of the new coffee flavours that has proved so popular in the coffee shops that it’s now available in 250ml- it tastes like old fashioned toffee so doubles up as a topping on ice cream too
Banana - this natural Banana is popular for milk shakes and Frappes° but has recently been the popular way of achieving a banana flavoured coffee- this flavour has no funny after taste and a genuine ‘green’ natural banana flavour
Ginger - natural and slightly cloudy - this Ginger is perfect in coffee. Much nicer than so-called ginger bread flavours as this has no funny after taste, is subtle and tastes of ‘root ginger’ not to strong and perfect in coffee, in cooking, ice cream and on fresh fruit salads
Vodka - no we don’t do Vodka but the Toffee is among the syrups that are ideal for flavouring Vodka - try it and let us know what you think
